 Effective November 4, 2004, our Board of Directors authorized purchases of up to $25 million of our common stock. The repurchase program will remain in effect until terminated by the Board of Directors and will allow us to repurchase shares of our common stock from time to time on the open market, in block trades and in privately-negotiated transactions. Any share repurchases will be made in accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission rules and will depend on market conditions and other factors. We have not yet repurchased any shares pursuant to this Board authorization.
