Call Center Excellence Awards Announced at Call Center Week Conference

The awards were announced June 16, 2010 at the 11th annual IQPC Call Center Week Conference in Las Vegas. The judging was done by a panel of call center experts and leaders assembled by IQPC who evaluated the entrants on their ability to deliver a superior customer experience.
